Return Policy
At The Ellijay Cigar Lounge, quality control is an essential aspect of our business. We strive to maintain proper temperature and humidity conditions not only for our premium cigars and pipe tobaccos, but also for our other products (including accessories, coffee, etc.). When we send products away from the store, we can no longer attest to the quality control conditions of the environments in which they may be shipped/stored. Therefore, all sales from The Ellijay Cigar Lounge are to be considered “final,” with no returns or exchanges being authorized.
Refund Policy
Refunds or replacements will be offered only in those cases in which an item (items) sold by The Ellijay Cigar Lounge, through no fault of the Customer, is/are found to be damaged or defective. Should an item sold by The Ellijay Cigar Lounge be found to be damaged or defective within fourteen (14) days of date-of-purchase, The Ellijay Cigar Lounge will replace the item or refund the price of purchase (at its sole discretion). To qualify for a refund or replacement, the following conditions must be met.
1. Customer notifies The Ellijay Cigar Lounge of the need for a replacement/refund within fourteen (14) days of date-of-purchase. Requests must be submitted to hello@ellijaycigars.com with accompanying photographic or video evidence of the damaged/defective product, as well as a description of the damage/defect.
2. In addition to the replacement/refund request, the Customer must provide proof of purchase of the corresponding items from ellijaycigars.com.
3. Through dialogue with the Customer, The Ellijay Cigar Lounge must determine that the product is indeed damaged or defective, and that the damage/defect was not caused by the Customer. The Ellijay Cigar Lounge reserves the right to deny any refund/replacement request.
The Ellijay Cigar Lounge reserves the right to modify these policies at any time. It is the responsibility of each customer to regularly check this page in order to adhere to the most-up-to-date version of these policies.
